Enjoyed the location and the restaurant setup. It was a cozy and an intimate setting. The food was good. Service was decent, turnaround time was fairly fast for our order. We had a good time and would consider going back.
The special sermon dish was very good, but the pasta was just good enough. The complementary bread was mediocre, but the olive oil was good. Service was very good.

After a whole day of visiting wineries prior to heading back to San Francisco we sure were starving. This cute place seated us quickly and everything was so good starting from the complimentary bread and oils, to all of our dishes. I am a big fan of Chicken Marsala and this was sooooo good that I wish to go back again soon. Definitely recommend along with the lovely staff!
Pasta Prego We had the pleasure of dining at Pasta Prego during our recent trip to Napa. The restaurant is located about a 10-minute walk North of downtown. It is surprising just far enough that the restaurant appeared to be filled with locals and not weekend tourists. We started the evening with two glasses of Chardonnay. We kicked off the meal with a shared house salad, which was quite good. The main courses were wonderful. I had the seafood (swordfish) special and my wife had the risotto with chicken special. Both main courses were very well prepared. We were unable to tackle a dessert as the main courses were large. Overall a great meal.
Another great meal at Pasta Prego! My husband had the pasta bolognese and I tried the salmon fusilli this time - both were delicious. My husband is not necessarily a big "salmon pasta" guy but he even liked my dish which is a big compliment. The wine list isn't very big considering you're in Napa but it does have a pretty nice selection.
Came here for my wife's birthday. They normally don't do parties larger than 6, but they accommodated our party of 8. The staff was very helpful and got us lined up efficiently and helped us with corkage on 3 bottles of wine. The calamari and Caesar salads were a great start to the meal, and the pasta dishes were fantastic as well. The atmosphere is old school Italian - and I love it. Will certainly be coming back!
